Hey

I built 20 ships and when the ships come out of the oven they are packaged. I have to assemble each ship 1 by 1.


I would like a "assemble all" option in the menu. So I can assemble all 20 ships at once instead of 1 at a time.

Great work on the stargates for autopilot (only the next in line is yellow).

Can you do the same work for stations?

Suggestion: Visual Buttons for cargo compartments
Keywords: ships, ui
Note: Industrial ships with special compartments for ore / ammunition / minerals may be added with visual button on the arrangement of the ship. The user experience will increase.

Suggestion: Allow filtering of the "Price History" tab in market window.
Tags: market, filters
Notes: Currently you can't filter the order history, so in some products you have to browse through many 0-sale entries, cluttering the data.

  • Suggestion: Add skill queue pause / resume to jump clone tab in character sheet

Usually once I've determined which jump clone to jump to, I realize I need to navigate back to the 'Skills' tab, open the training queue, pause my current plan, navigate back to the "Jump Clones" tab and hit jump buttan. This is not ideal.

Suggestion: Ability to Shift/CTRL-select specific fitted modules/drones to be repaired in station

Note: Right now you can repair everything or repair individual modules/drones one at a time. If I try to repair only specific items by highlighting with Shift or Control keys, as soon as I try to then right-click and select repair, it will lose my selection and only repair the module I right-clicked, instead of everything I had highlighted.

Suggestion: No results list to show up for items when there's only one result.

Note: Recognising a character by writing part of his name (and there is only one result for such) works straight away without showing a list of results for 1 character.... why this doesn't work with items?!
Type in i.e. "mexallon" there is only one result but list shows up... what for?!!!

Suggestion: option to make colour filters different by overview settings, not unified for that whole client

Note: let's say I'm in HS, I only want dangerous people blinky, so I set my overview up that way....
then I jump into W-space, I want EVERYONE (except corpies) to blink , each time I swap from HS to low to null/J-space I find myself faffing with the settings

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

Suggestion: Be able to sort the chat tabs

Note: Accidently dragging a chattab out is annoying when you're used to specific tabs being at a specific spot, and since you can't freely place the tab back in, this becomes an annoying little thing

Suggestion: warning message for Corp buy/sell orders that are not within the normal % tolerances.

Note: The warning message I have works for personal orders, but not corp ones. I have checked and triple checked that I don't have a corp version of it turned off.

Every somebody sends a conversation request, pressing "enter" cancels the conversation request, which is really annoying.

Any chance that can be changed? Press enters does many things in-game, such as; replying to another conversation.

Suggestion - being able to turn the fade effect on buttons of
Keyword - UI buttons

Each time i play nowadays i either spend a lot of time moving the mouse around until the popup tells me that i am over
the close window button or use a shortcut(and half the time close the wrong window...)
Would be nice if you could have the window close/minimize buttons stay clearly visible rather than fade out so much
that i have to grope for them with the mouse and wait on the popup.

Suggestion: Reposition ewar notification

Note: The timer is hidden by the movement notification or the HUD when HUD is aligned to top


The screenshot explains it better than i can, i think. See this thread for steps i have taken to try to solve it via configuration.
An alternative solution would be to include both widgets in the set of widgets that can be repositioned by using "message movement mode".

Suggestion: Destroy active probes button functionality

Note: Destroy probes button is useless. Change its behaviour so it allows me destroy probes in mid scan/probe warp or remove it from UI
