Suggestion:

A "Star Brightness" or "Lens Flare Brightness" slider control of some kind.

Since the new graphics went in, the stars in some systems are so bright that they actually cause me incredible headaches IRL. Somehow, the light/dark contrast of bright lights gives me a splitting headache (I have this problem at night, as well. It's not special to EVE.) The new effects also make lens flares and light shafts appear much farther off screen, so turning the camera away is not really an option anymore since a good 30% of the sky is contaminated.

EVE should not cause physical pain to it's players!

This is not a new issue, there have been people requesting it since 2006 at least. You should be embarrassed, CCP. (http://www.eve-search.com/thread/325270-0).

Local time as well as eve time in the lower left. Or possibly multiple selectable timezones (ie you can have eve time, local time, and PST).

Suggestion :
In the contextual menu, when a autopilot destination has been set, color the stargate for the outgoing system in yellow like on the overview.


Also i'ts been asked times and time again but...
We need more overview tabs !

Suggestion: Add "Scoop to hangar" to right-click to in-space item menu.

Suggestion: Shortcut to duplicate PI configs/routes

Note: Product routes, facilities and facility configs

Idea 1: Shift-Click to add a route to multiple destinations. After clicking Create Route, the user holds Shift and clicks on all of their Industry Facilities in turn. This creates a route of the selected commodity to all of the destinations, without re-selecting Create Route each time.

Idea 2: Alt-Click to applying selected facility's config to a facility of the same type. After selecting a facility which has a schematic and/or product route defined, the user holds Alt and clicks on other facilities of that type. The config of those facilities is set as if the user had configured them identically in the interface. If a product route is not possible from the target facility, display an appropriate message. While the user is holding Alt, optionally highlight compatible facilities in the UI and dim incompatible facilities.

Idea 3: Shift-Click to construct multiple facilities of one type. After selecting the facility in the left-hand menu, the user holds Shift and clicks in several places on the planet surface. This constructs a facility of the same type without re-selecting the facility in the menu.

Idea 4: Hold Alt while constructing facilities to snap to edges of existing facilities. Hold Alt while positioning extractor heads to snap to edges of existing heads.

We already have a Ctrl-Click for adding Planetary Links. This would massively decrease config time and reduce hate mail volume, so it's a win all around.

Suggestion: Allow click and drag of autolinks of pilot names into the "Donate PLEX To" field.

Suggestion: make the dropdown for exact match remember the last selection

keyword: contracts, UI, menus

Note: in contracts, where you select a character to make the contract out to, there is a drop down for phrase match, exact match etc.

make this drop down remember the last choice. i always use exact match, as i always know exactly who i'm making the contract out to. having to keep changing it is a small thing, but it's annoying.
