I see it now. Probably yet another cake by devs. Just like FPS devs use videos recorded in 3rd person view to advertise their games while in reality you see your toon only as a pair of gloves + gun.

Unfortunately CCP have allowed themselves to be convinced that doing too much with Avatars or options for them is pure poison and the community hates it for the most part.

Which is, of course, ridiculous, but there you have it.
