Why not implement some sort of system where we can interact with each other in full human avatar format before introducing more clothing options.

And I don't recognize the models' facial structure either. Who are they? Civire? Deteis? Probably some sort of a dev mod with bloodline restrictions turned off, but it's interesting to guess anyway.

They have technology for merging races for some time. But after one year we got nothing in game.

EDIT: 2 years from fanfest 2012. They are blending the races.
