Not according to EVElopedia's Malkalen and Ishukone Corporation pages (which do not state change of headquarters despite the station being ruined). Only headquarters that has been mentioned in the Evelopedia is the one which was rammed. For all we know, they might have changed it to planetside and not to the factory site. And... the list does not state whether the headquarters should be "old" or "current" which in this case makes it matter of interpretation.

It should be noted that the submission directions give slightly different directions. Under the "Rules" section, Rule #9 states to post the photos to an imgur gallery then post the gallery URL into this forum. However, under the "Imgur Guide" section, #3 states to post the album URL.
