Excuse my poor english, in Mother Russia we try again and again to improve it.

Thank you, guys and gals in CCP, for your hard work and swift reaction to the problem! As sad as it was to have the whole server down, it was the best call. As a member and full-time subscriber, I only want to express my gratitude to all of you, who worked high and low to resolve this issue. You're the ones who brought it offline and got it online in most swift fashion. Great job!

To all, who brag about rights and compensations - this is EVE. **** happens in EVE. Ships lost? ISK lost? Structures lost? So what?
All what is CCP even in theory is obligated to provide - 1-day PLEX card for 1 day offline. Most people knew that EVE had problems that day, in my NPC corp every one was aware that something was happening and that we play at our own risk. If you play, knowing that you may be kicked anytime - it's up to you to ensure your safety. So they are under NO OBLIGATION to compensate anything more then the time we payed.

Yet again, my pure joy goes to all of CCP employees and off-site-staff, who was at any time involved in it's creation, and even more to that team, who investigated this problem and patched it to the kingdom come. You are simply THE most amazing people.

I can't get past my launcher, once I put my information in, it keeps telling me that the format is invalid and shows the station in the background like from the older versions. I can't get to any of my characters and would like to know why this is happening. is it because of the server issues or did the update my launcher automatically downloaded just fail? I uninstalled EVE and am now reinstalling it in the hopes that I can get my mining frigate back to the station before it gets blown up. if I don't get back to it soon, that's the last ship I have and I REALLY don't want to start all over again or have to buy a plex just to jumpstart my character if and when I'm able to get back into EVE.

Im getting offline on launcher and offline on exe file. Is the server still offline or are some people able to get in now?

Seriously people, this was mostly annoying for CCP folks than for us.

Ok you might have lost your prime time gaming and mined some less of ice or whatever crap me or someone else could have done, doesn't matter.

All it matter is that this DDOS shite attack does not influence my trust or faith in CCP, in Eve or its players. Ther's nothing you can do about RL jerks and shite, let them be and return deep down in their mom's cave get some e-epeen and internets from someone else, just ignore those fecking idiots, deal with your little repercussions and move on.
