Oh I browsed the forums and saw that people were connecting again. So I had assumed the server was up and then just went back down again.

Last report from EVE-Offline; TQ/Serenity are up in VIP. API is functioning. Looks like we're almost out of the woods.

The only time CCP did that the downtime was their error this time it is not. Giving player rewards for such attacks would cause alot of further attacks I would think. I can't see it happening.

A free day on our subs would be nice though.

I was wondering if any of CCP guys can confirm it is only a DDoS attack or if we need to worry about changing passwords and stuff

I agree with those saying might as well keep the servers offline and implement Odessey (sic).

We have not lost anything...and infact we gained some SP in RL (real life) :)

To those whining about OMG can't play blahblah...really? get a life. Go outside. shower. Take the kids to the park. Anything but whine and ***** on a forum.

Anyhoo, keep working hard CCP. We will see you when all is fixed.
