Unscheduled downtime - Sunday, June 2nd, 2013

The Tranquility cluster has been taken offline as of 03:06 UTC in order to enable us to investigate several network issues that have occurred this morning.

We currently have no ETA for the server to be brought back online, however we will update this forum thread as and when more information becomes available.

We apologize for this unexpected downtime, and any inconvenience it may cause.

02/06/13 - 04:17 UTC - Testing is now complete and VIP mode has been lifted
02/06/13 - 04:30 UTC - We are currently investigating several login issues that are being experienced
02/06/13 - 05:00 UTC - Investigation into ongoing login issues is currently in progress

02/06/13 - 05:30 UTC - Investigation into login issues is ongoing - Please bear with us
02/06/13 - 06:00 UTC - We are currently working toward the root cause of current login issues
02/06/13 - 06:40 UTC - Investigation into socket closed issues and login issues is ongoing
02/06/13 - 06:41 UTC - COFFEE POT BROKEN FROM OVERUSE - SEND HALP
02/06/13 - 08:00 UTC - DUST issues under control, we are however still working on login related issues for EVE
02/06/13 - 14:50 UTC - Tranquility Offline
02/06/13 - 16:00 UTC - Investigation into further issues with Tranquility are ongoing
02/06/13 - 18:00 UTC - DDoS Confirmed - Investigation ongoing

03/06/13 - 09:45 UTC - Our engineers are close to resolving the issues with Tranquility - We hope to be online soon.
03/06/13 - 10:15 UTC - Tranquility is now back online and we are monitoring the situation.

Well this sucks. I finally get away for a bit and now can't play =( Lets hope this doesn't last 4 more hours so some of use that have skills ending soon can add some more up.

ya, ive got minmatar frigate 4 finishing in about an hour, i need to get on soon so i can inject/train minmatar cruiser up to 3 lol. Gonna be a close one

I had a level 5 skill finishing at 2:20 EvE time.
I try to relog to setup a new level 5 skill on another char...

TQ goes silent at 2:19
