Live Events re: gunman/ sending support to minmatar

Are there going to be any covering either of these?
Either a: a way for Federation allies of the Matari people to provide support to the republic somehow, or
b: a way for capsuleers to find a way to either deliver the gunman to the matari, or to escort a matari delegation to take part in joint judging of the bad guy?

Just a thought.

I doubt that starting a war between the federation and the Republic is high on the agenda but we shall see.

Perhaps, but the Federation denying (and then antagonising) the Republic won't help matters.
That aside, providing support to the Sebiestor tribe to aid in any way regarding Midular would be nice, at the least.

If you want to do something, do it. No is going to take notice of something that isn't happening.

Mind you, I get where you're coming from - the actions you can take are limited. But if you can get the ball rolling, at least you'll have momentum for when something might start.

We're not going to tell you what's coming up, but I'm actually in the office today to flesh out the events schedule over the next couple of months with a view to submitting it to storyline for review on Monday.

The reason I asked was that I remembered stuff like Seyllin, and the disaster, and how capsuleers helped out in-character.
They brought aid to the planet (from an RP perspective), and I'm wondering if something similar could work here.
Doubtless it might help if Federation aligned characters provided aid, in regards to the political situation.

Enjoying the direction things are taking so far. Just hoping the gunman story line doesn't turn into the cliche of an attempt by a hostile power to scapegoat one side of an alliance to cause the other to turn on it.
I kind of prefer the idea that things are beginning to slide out of control of the 4 governments.

If the four way war comes with a complete overhaul for FW (say for the winter expansion) that would be awesome.

If the rumors are true of a fifth playable faction introduced in Odessy, I could see CCP using live events as way to break up FW from it's current static warfare to a constantly changing one (well, every 6 months or so), with one man always sitting it out for a while. You're friend today is you're enemy tomorrow.
