There have been threads that have over 100 pages and CCP has done nothing about them. There have been other threads which don't even get past a page which CCP implements without deviation. CCP will do what CCP wants, and it does not seem like the forums determine that at least from what we can see. Also, +1 this. I have a GTX titan coming in and I want to make good use of it; QHD worthy textures please.

Rather than being ignorant why don't you actually look at the "Dev" tag on this thread? CCP has replied multiple times supporting this movement, yet people drown out their responses every time. Look through the developer responses before you ask "CCP to do [something] about it". This will probably be released with Odyssey.

+1, also, add DX11 and ultra-tessellation not to mention better lighting that "pops" more! Although I still dream of a future in which EVE also has a first-person RPG style shooter (like Dust, but bigger)...

No it won't. When the financial team and investors hear that this has the potential of lowering subscribers due to people with welfare PC's that can't run this, they will decline it.

I love the amount of detail seen so far, and it has improved quite a bit! I'd love to have the option for greater detail!!
