In this thread I will outline what I believe to be a correlation between what I believe to be a statistical injustice of the petition based system. I call for anyone who has had or is in a similar or related situation to post any statement to either prove me wrong or otherwise. Now I will be honest at this point and recognize merit where it is awarded and this is in relation to the stuck petition system, I will applaud the mechanics of this system (and the wait times). however I am in this thread judging how CCP is responding to other game inhibiting situations and how they respond to these instances.

Now in a situation of which i found myself to be the unlucky recipient, I have been enduring a Ban petition wait of 3 weeks now and would like to post some constructive feedback. Firstly I would encourage CCP into looking into sending an email stating that a Ban has been enacted on the account (if or when one happens) any reasons, short or long for this happening, what this means for the account and what if anything you can do to remedy the situation.

As this is game changing I would encourage CCP to indicate an estimated time for any replies, as waiting 3 weeks for an email would have been easier in my honest opinion if i had an indication that there was alot of backlog, or any reason.

I cannot think of any more constructive criticism at this point, this is the first time for me posting on the forums, so i made sure to read the rules and i hoped that i just managed to jump through the hoops.
