That was funnn. Ho boy, some of those twists and turns had us all in fleet lamenting and laughing. At least I was doing that.

I'm aware there's an upper limit to how many devactors and faction contacts you have, but was wondering if a Fed Admin char is possible as 'Capsuleer Liason'? It might be a method to clarify an impartial, legal position in future events, assuming that the FIO char doesn't have authority to speak on political/legal affairs. When in doubt, one could contact the Fed Admin liason to clarify the legal fluff behind a particular event.

Glad you enjoyed the event.

The Federation Navy or Federal Intelligence Office contact will suffice in this respect. Smile

I'm happy to see the government winning against the anti-establishment people for once.

Too bad I wasn't there. The event at the beginning looked like DUST-only one.

I'd also like to express my thanks to CCP Falcon and co. for an event which intensity far surpassed our expectations.

It was fun indeed, also very exiting.
And not just the fight at the end, also following the happenings at the station while waiting anxiously, wondering what they found and what is gonna happen.

Also, are we - the hacktivist supporters - on some kind of red list now?
I mean, in any real world scenario we would likely be, but I don't know how far you are willing (or able) to 'punish' players. Will there only be RP consequences or also consequences like e.g. FIO Stations dissallowing access.

I think some pilots in our fleet hadn't realized what they signed up for, maybe ignored the warnings of the freighter pilot or joined later (and weren't sufficiently informed by us then).
The fleets must be clearer in their purpose maybe, at least a MOTD should be present stating the fleet mission/goal and other important info, to reduce butthurt for people who joined fleet late or such.

Another matter worth noting:
When I got the initial mail I was reluctant to mention it in Live Events, or any other public channel for that matter. After all, it would mean giving away blue intel and thus endangering the mission.
On the other hand, that makes it hard to find sufficient people to join the fleet in time.
The main issue here I suppose is that a lot of people can't/won't destinguish between OOC and IC knowledge, so telling people about intel in an OOC manner would not prevent opposing forces to act upon it.
