So, can I get a copy of the mod from one of you guys? You all seem to have it, and the link in the OP is broken.

Thank you very much. I am not sure what the issue is. Its acting like the website isn't there.

This is caused by not having the CSS files in the right place. If your theme doesn't inherit from the default one then you'll run into this issue. You'll need to add the css files to your theme folder and import them in your themes default stylesheet.

Just add these 2 lines to your website template header:

<(remove me)link href="{T_SUPER_TEMPLATE_PATH}/eveapi_fitting.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<(remove me)script src="{T_SUPER_TEMPLATE_PATH}/eveapi_fitting.js" type="text/javascript"><(remove me) /script>

Please remove: "(remove me)" for the html to work on your header. I had to put them because ccp won't allow me to paste html code.

It appears that when you setup alliances that have an '(apostrophe) in Alliance Managament i.e " SpaceMonkey's Alliance" it will not properly check the user against the API and does not allow registration. It also causes the forum registration to error if an apostrophy is used in the Name of the Alliance. This may have something to do with how mysql handles apostrophes

Any Chance you can split the Installation video into 2 parts? say one for installing the EVEAPI Mod and one for Configuring it? it would be helpful as I am a webhost and i just install it for the client, allowing them to go in and do the configuration. It would be nice to provide them with the configuration steps from your video without having to have them watch or try to navigate the entire thing.

it could also help those who may have watched it before but need to refer back to it when making a theme change.

In what file is where the api key is stored in the registry and edit in?
My plan.
I want to save the key to change in the YAPEAL database.

Thanks in advance for answers

http 500 is a server error.
I would suggest to check your syslog. I guess it's a problem with php maybe the memory limit.

Question, when you go to a group in phpbb3 and you go to setting on a user created group you see a couple of settings:

TeamSpeak 3:
Enable integration of this TeamSpeak 3 group when an user is part of this forumgroup.

Isnt this to allow for assignment of special groups automatically when added to that group ?

It does not allow for any number entry and the check boxes for immunity to apip check and ejabbered are not working either.

Some implants are not showing up on my forums through eveitem code though I have checked MySQL and they are there (even tried to copy text directly from the base but they won't show up anyway), it's not like problem in the particular symbols like ' cause other impalnts with the same symbols work. Here is the screenshot:

I was having same issue even with the CSS file in place, just open eveapi_fitting.css with notepad copy it contents and past it in the end of styles.css of your template that should do the trick as it will be working from the default template files...

Couple of things...

- Congratulations on a great mod, I found it far simpler than other options out there, though the initial navigating around and working things out was a bit painful at first, once I got the basics it was very painless.

- Some of the ships in the fittings are showing the wrong slot layouts - the prophecy for example now has 4 mids, is there likely to be an update? (I would imagine its not a small task and you are probably saving it for after the summer patch)

- If you have an offline module (shows as /OFFLINE), or a slash in the ship name, the fitting code seems to be ignored (I cant remember for certain, I think it is a forward slash)

- any chance of some text/web based instructions.. No offence, but I found the videos hard watching, though I did find the bits I needed from them, it meant watching lots of video for a 30 or 40 second hint that I needed to get through the install and configure.

Thanks again for the Mod, its been really helpfull, and given the functionality, very simple to implement!

I have a few ideas to expand on the functionality of it, and will probably look at doing so seperately.. things like Corp roles / titles, member skills and such may be kinda cool to have! Are you happy to receive code submissions for inclusion into the next version?

I'm liking the Mod, many thanks. I've got the phpBB3 and the TS3 sides working, however I'm getting a bit stuck with the ejabberd side.

I've freshly installed ejabberd 2.1.11 (from the .run installer, OS: Debian 7 x64).
I went into the phpBB ACP, and set up the Jabber tab, including the secret.
I placed the ejabberd_side.php script in the ejabberd folder (/data/ejabberd), disabled internal auth on the jabber server and enabled the extauth module, with the path /data/ejabberd/ejabberd_side.php.
I also enabled Jabber for my Alliance in the Alliance API section, and checked the box for it in the corresponding usergroup.

Any time I try to log in this message comes up in the ejabberd.log (many, many times):

C(<0.700.0>:extauth:146) : extauth script has exitted abruptly with reason 'normal'

Is there something I've missed, or is this ejabberd being ejabberd?
