*Indahmawar Fazmarai enters the bar, turns on the lights and all machines. Waitresses and dancers start coming in, the cook lites his stoves, someone strikes the jukebox and music starts playing. Then Ms. Fazmarai raises the blinds and sticks a sign by the door*

Intergalactic Summit has got rules. But we don't know what "rules" mean.
