Also keep in mind that you don't need a billion skill points to be an elite frigate pilot. You can top your frigate & small turret skills pretty quickly if you stay focused on it, and as others said FW sites can give you plenty of targets - especially if you go into the smaller sites with ship size restrictions, so you'll only be facing ships on the same scale as your own.

My kb won't tell you much because I'm a Scimitar pilot you see. I realize being a space priest is an ignoble profession to tru-viking spartan warriors and I don't get mad km's bro but I think it's one of the most important ships in the game. But I believe this thread was about finding noob friendly pvp opportunities and not a generic "I'm mad at goons™" thread which is why I suggested Nexus Fleet.
