Isk sink?

Can anyone think of an isk sink that would actually be of benifit to people, rather than things like moar taxes on everything?

I will go first... special jump gates to move you the same distance as a jump bridge, with the cost of usage increasing with the ships weight

Ummm. No I don't think so.
First off.
Who would control these gates?
Who would Benefit from these gates?
And if this were to happen..
They better be hellaciously expensive to build.
Even after it's built, how would you regulate it?

Hiring a service to move inventory items from one station to another, takes at least 24 hours and travels by an NPC ship?

I would rather see rent-able NPC bot's in jita that can do the "Hey I have 30billion isk and my girlfriend is making me quit, send me any amount and I will x2 it back to you" for us, I mean common ccp, don't make scamming alts sit in jita all day copy and pasting bogus contracts and x2 return msgs. GIVE US SCAMMING AGENTS ALREADY! :p :)
