Because you agreed to buy it...You dicked around first. I was ready right off. your account was not active the first time which wasted my time...People have lives ...Then you fixed your problem and in the mean time became impatient and bought another toon and filled the slot which made it so i couldnt send it a second time....Wasting more of my time....
Again now you own 2 new toons so start yourself a new account and ill send you your new toon :) simple...

Let's see what CCP says about it.

Also, so you're aware the account had a full day left on it. The subscription was fine, I simply added to it, and since CCP does not restrict anything unless your account is disabled, that had nothing to do with it.
