No reports from seller, and as of 11:29 UK GMT EVE Account Management shows NO transfer in progress.

Seller, please send all ISK back in full by tonight or I will file a petition with CCP.

Funnily enough, my brother said he had a bad feeling about this toon D'Nurgle!!

EDIT: Because I nub'd and put buyer instead of seller. /me facepalm

You do not seem to get it do you? When you tried sending at first there were only 2 characters, it was not my account. I gave you sufficient time to contact me, which you didn't. I purchased another toon because of the problems you had sending and the lack of communication. So yes, my account is now full because of this. Like I said send the isk back and put your toon back up for sale. Why is this so hard to understand?

I did it in plenty of time it is not my fault you purchased another character and filled the space meant for the one you agreed to buy from me... You are breaking our deal not vice versa.... I even have petition in and the times on them that it wasnt working and the multiple attempts I tried to transfer as i see why now is because you bought another, So now you own 2 new toons and send me an account to transfer this one to.

I gave you a FULL 12 hours to rectify this. You posted at 20:38 22/5 that you were having problems. I've been scammed before, so smelt a rat and decided to regain my loss. When suddenly it works again, I have a character transfer in progress from another toon, and you refuse to send back the ISK, so hence I have put a petition in to have my ISK taken back. I suggest you return my ISK, otherwise you will likely be negative wallet'd, and I very much doubt you will be able to sell him then.

I have done only one thing in this deal; requested that I have my money back. The ethic in this transaction is like buying stuff online. If I ask for a refund before the item is delivered, I get my refund, no quibble no questions asked. There is no difference between this and that.

The thing is, you probably could have sold him on again by now instead of being like this and refusing to give me my money back lol.

There was no way to deliver as you were trying to deliver another.. your fault.... send another account to transfer with a free spot this time...

OP you dicked around for far to long with the toon if I was the buyer i'd be pissed to.

Buyer, buying asnother toon just cause more problems now hasnt it?

File a petition, you will get the isk back and he will have a nice shiny red balance for putting his **** in the sugar bowl

Already in, just a case of waiting. Yes, it caused more problems, but it's easily rectifiable by sending the ISK back as he has no destination account, so why he's not done it I don't know as this would be sorted out in a snap if he did that!
