This is basically an idea i had based heavily on the concept of ship lines CCP has for the ship rebalence. Ship lines being Combat, Attack, Bombardment, Support, and indy

I had people like the idea so I figured I'd post here and see if I could get some more diverse feedback

We could tune it and maybe get it sent along to CSM 7 if we can agree on something =D
