Hiya

I was wondering if I put up a simple reaction station to make titanium chromoides what kind of silos can i use ? Is it posible to use general storage for both imputs and the output ? or do I need to use Silos ? ( i have only tested with silos so I know they work) it would be nice though if i could use something with smaller CPU usage. The coupling array as far as i understand fits all but also has very limited space.

Can't remember about the silos (though I think you have to use them). However about the coupling array, I used to use it to ensure when I was doing reactions that my reactor always had materials even if it got our of sync with the moon miner.

Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and take the extra CPU usage.

You will need :

- Simple Reactor
- One standard Silo for the Chromium (input)
- One standard Silo for the Titanium (input)
- One standard Silo for the Titanium Chromides (output)
- BPO of the Titatnium Chromide reaction

Silos are one way as you can see.

Forget the coupling array ... They are only interesting in case you want to buffer, if for example a cycle comes to ends when one of your silo is offline (when you fill or empty it). Cycle seem to always finish at H:00 ( noon, 1 AM, 2 AM, etc ... ). Just don't offline your silos at that moment ...

I advice you to use a gallente tower for your station as it will double the capacity of all of your silos.

Last thing : if i remember well, reactor works in 0.4 maximum, so only lowsec, nullsec and wspace.

This is not true. The POS cycle is an hour long, but it starts from the moment the POS is onlined. It also shifts forward very slowly, at a rate of about 2-5 minutes each month.

Really strange ...

I have 7 POSes, and all finish almost at the same moment, this mean i have online all my pos at the same minute in an hour without to want that ...

I am absolutely sure my towers cycle at all kinds of differnet times. Maybe there is some event or action which resets the timer, and it happened to your POSes?
