As topic says. Fullscreen isn't multi-monitor / productivity friendly and the default is too small.

Please add a popout function.

(as in, video filling the entire browser window so I can scale and position it where I want)

i use ctrl + in firefox and put it in a separete window, so i can set the size bigger

That is a bit of a kludge as it'll go out of the right of the window and FF isnt smart enough to add a horizontal scroller.

if u have webdeveloper toolbar, u can disable linked style sheets and u get a horizontal scroller

also internet explorer adds scrollbar without tweaking by default
