downloaded launcher update, now it dont want to open therefore cant play eve

click the exe in the eve folder to bypass it I guess...

mine did this too... i ran the repair.exe to fix it.. when the repair.exe comes up saying there is an update, hit no -- and go through the motions... once that finished i was able to login again...

In fact, i've had to use the repair.exe multiple times since the launcher patch (every little update causes it to break for me) so i've added a bookmark to it on my desktop... might be something you do as well..

Did you try the eve.exe in the main folder or the exefile.exe in the bin folder? The bin folder one should launch EVE directly.

no it doesnt. i click it and nothing happens. but i tried exefile in bin and it worked. thanks. but srsly wtf is that ccp update which f*cks up ur launcher ? n1
