Why not have sec status raised on each kill for a corps that mutually war dec each other?

This would incentivize mutual war decs,

It would promote pvp on a more or less even playing ground ( maybe)

It would give low sec roamers a way to regenerate there status without having to endlessly rat.

Thoughts?

Because sec status gain doesn't really matter to 99.99999% of people involved in wardecs. The greifers will still wardec regardless and the people who don't know how to defend themselves still won't want to fight. The only people who would benefit from it is groups like RvB and greifers grinding sec status by popping newbs instead of rats.
