It's always dark under a lamp and considering that CCP literally is cooperating (all those posts about goon working for CCP) with them then what do you expect? Information is the key and once you have a "loyal" insider you learn how to avoid things.
All thos hi sec what ever they do is just a smoke screen to get as much ISK as possible befoe the ultimate banhammer hits.
Look at all auction portals. Somebody selling 99 ******* plexes got to be in a large alliance.
And if you are quet about it you usually get a share.
**** all of them but what can you do? CCP sucks at many levels and they don't seem to care.

Sadly no, you dont get a prize. The correct answer is of course number 4, Rub The Mittani

Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing.

Yay you get a prize.

If you are going to troll the Goons please try to do it properly. Regardless of whether they RMT this just comes across as CSM negative campaining and as everyone knows Negative campaining only works in America as only Middle America is dumb enough to believe it.
I dont normally troll, but when i do i do it on General Discussion.

they are not shooting potential bots = they must be RMTing?

based on personal experience I would expect the majority of botters not to be engaged in RMT at all - most I have encountered so far bot for additional ISK income (more often than not to finance supercaps).

Maybe the RMT guys are responsible for a disproportionally large share of bots but the connection "botting=RMT" is fallacious and ignores "casual" botting (90% of people you see posting on bot forums) completely.

I don't quite follow your "it's your duty to play GM" argument by the way - if you feel annoyed by bots you can report them to CCP and no alliance policy can stop you from doing it (in fact unless you're a dramawhore nobody but you and CCP will ever know about it). It's up to CCP to determine whether your suspicions are correct based on their various detection methods and hand out bans as necessary.
Running around to shoot people that might be bots does not make a big practical difference in the fight against bots but carries the potential for a lot of diplomatic conflicts and immense drama in case of false positives.

Confirming that 99% players in high sec do not shoot bots. All of them must be involved in "Rub The Mittani" one way or another.

Confirming most major alliances (specially within the CFC) has this rule, honestly I don't care though :D
I remmeber one time a old corp mate of mine decided to go bot killing while we were in Test Alliance, this turned into a giant diplomatic incident and the guy was kicked from the corp and alliance (we were supporting him, until he started being loud mouthing when we told him to shut up and let us handle it)

well, heres the funny thing.... the botter he had killed turned out to be the alt of the military director of test alliance at the time, Leetcheese :), not long after leetcheese was busted by CCP and was banned for a little while... + getting a minus on his account (a few billion)

The actual policy of the alliances is... it's not their job to police botting which is understanding and makes sense. but they are at the same time protecting them, and shielding them from harm

I would suggest you think a large entity is botting, then get a alt in their alliance, or blue friends... and then fly around looking for bots... then simply report them when you confirm they are infact bots.. and then move on to find some more

(you can come back and kill them later when your sure you found them all)

Yeah because most ppl earn in a month about 170 euro. Bots can bot 60 mil per hour for 23 hours a day. Thats 1,3b isk. About 2 plexes a day = 30 euro. Lets say they rtm it for half the price, 7,5 euro for 500 mil. Thats in 30 days 450 euro.

So with 1 bot they can make about 3 times a monthly salary..... ask youselve.... if you could make with 1 bot 1500 x 3 = 4500 euro a month..... would you do it?

I bet someone of goonswarm is getting a new car.....

I was in shadow of death and it was full of moon speak.
Then we lost all our space to reds because goonswarm was not competent enough to defend our allies.
