Either implement (searchable) tags/folders for items in station (and possibly in cargo holds)
Or make all containers searchable with the asset search.

eg. I have EMP L ammo inside a container/ship/folder/tag in a distant station (Let's say Jita}), I search for EMP L in the asset search, I get:

+ Jita 4-4
+ Ammo [container]
EMP L | 300 | ...

As is now, you can't reasonably manage your items in station without using some kind of container, but as soon as it's in a container, you can't search for it.

Now that would be very useful and worth investing some database resources in.

Better bookmark handling in People and Places!

Nesting folders in Bookmarks. You have them in the market quickbar, why can't you have them in bookmarks??

Better ordering of bookmark folders when adding BM's. At the very least make them alphabetical, preferably give something like a tree view. As it is, I get this random list of a few zillion folders for all the systems i've ever visited with no apparent order to them - and I haven't even traveled all that many places yet!

Filters for bookmarks and bookmark folders - i'd like the ability to say, not show any bookmarks that are not in the system i'm in, and not see folders that have BM's in them but none in the system i'm in, maybe unless they are in a 'favorites' folder. Other filters would also be nice. Right now I just have a vast list. Maybe filter by name, so I can key out by my naming conventions. But some way to sort is needed.

Better handling of new bookmark names. If I already have a bookmark "Spot in XYZ System", please don't make the next default bookmark I put down come up offering the name "Spot in XYZ System". At the least stick some sort of identifier on it, like "Spot 0013 in Jorund" so that I can sort them out easier after I just dropped three of the things in short order.

Also, have it come up highlighted so that I don't have to go highlighting and deleting a long string of text before I can type the identifier for the bookmark i'm dropping.

I would like a better NOTE PAD on the eve client.

A) The current one is very basic, and after several notes, you just take to long to search for them.
Making folders in you're client cache, becomes delete sometime.

1 - I would like a side root folder organization, with possibility of dragging notes between folders
2 - Sorting notes by name or alphabetically
3 - Color tagging notes or icon tagging (*** symbol on note side, for importance)

b) The mail typing is broken again - fixing it, would be very nice
Selecting a parcel and copy-pasting, doesn't always correspond to the right letters ...

C) laser guns, cap usage and powergrid fitting could use some review ...

Here is an old one I haven't heard recently:

You know how when you go into warp it takes a little time for your warp drive to get up to full speed and the same thing occurs when your warp drive is slowing down?

Yeah that, make that quicker please.

It helps everyone move a bit faster and it gives a more relevant advantage to those ships whom warp very fast.

Doable?

I think its been mentioned already. An import/export ship fittings between saved fittings and programs like EFIT would be fanastic.

Would it be easier to change the warp code to insta-warpspeed, than it would be to implement scaling on warp acceleration?
I remember CCP saying that it was very difficult to implement variable warp acceleration, but how difficult would it be to strip out warp acceleration entirely and simply have the warp drive blast you to max-warp speed instantly?

Other than some lore inconstancies (new technology fixes this), this wouldn't cause any problems and would fix the problem where an interceptor warps at almost exacltly the same average speed as everything else.

Would be helpful for low/null sec scanners if you could separate the D-Scan window from the main System Scanner. This way we can keep an eye on D-Scan even while scanning down stuff.

Also, a shortcut for 'Analyze' and 'Recall probes' would be handy too.

I was generally going for a faster warp drive acceleration for all ships identically since the time to get to warp seems to be the same for all ships. I'm not sure about insta-warspeed, but I am for reducing the time it takes to get to full speed down to a minimum.

Not only does minimizing the get to warp speed affect fast warping ships it also makes fleet warp ins more surprising.

Nowadays when you get a fleet on scan you have the speed of their warp drives to consider and then there is the lag for them to actually get out of warp which gives you plenty of time to react... plenty is too much, seconds count in EVE.

Adrian, this already exists if I understand what you're asking for (an export option that can be imported into EFT). What's the difference between this (you'll find the export/import buttons on your saved fittings window) and what you want?

Show damage to T2 and faction frequency crystal ammo!

More specifically, make it so that we're able to check the damage state anywhere. The attributes tab of the info window is one possible way, other ideas are in the thread in my signature (which has unanimous support).

Currently the only way to check the damage of the ammo is to either fit them to guns on a ship, undock, ungroup weapons and check the tooltip when you mouse over them, or put them into contracts to check. That's kind of ridiculous.

Come on CCP, this one's pretty much a no-brainer. :P

I've been doing some corp role management and I've come up with a few questions.

Corporation Hanger Divisions - There are only 7 corp hanger divisions to play with. When it comes to living out of a POS this is too few. With only 7 you can only give out 7 private hanger. Would it be possible to increase that number to say 14, 20 or even 30? What about making so you can add them as need up to a predetermined max? Possibly hiding the divisions you don't have access to?

Corp Wallet Divisions - This is even more lacking in terms of total numbers. There are 7 wallet divisions but the first is always the Master Wallet so there are only 6 to spread across a single corporation. This is somewhat limiting when It comes to research at a POS. In this case only 6 people will have their own private Research Wallet Division. Could this be made so the divisions can be added as need up to a predetermined number?

Collaborative document tools - What comes to mind is Microsoft OneNote utilizing SharePoint or Google docs. How about a collaborative document section added to the mail system? One where different people across, a corp, an alliance or even better treat it as a channel, can add information and once updated all the people who have access can view the updated documents? I suppose the corp forums will alleviate this somewhat but the need to log into eve, then onto the forums and nave to the corp forums is a bit cumbersome. Not to mention that fact that there is no alliance forums available yet.

- I realize these are no small things I am asking for… but it would be just awesome if they could be implemented.

P.s. I don't know exactly where this should have been posted I can only hope it is read and considered. Any points or enhancements are very welcome.

When warping, it would be cool if we could use the scrool wheel on mouse to zoom into a spaceship and get a forward view of space as if sitting in the cockpit Shocked

Being able to save cargo contents (ammo, boosters, repair paste) in ship fittings and be able to load those contents together just like the rest of the fitting.

Having an option to be able to include rigs into that way of ship fitting would be most convenient too.

Die in battle? Back in hangar and have all the contents? Load fittings... BAM! Back out there.

I am not sure what prompted the "improvement" in the fleet history UI but one used to be able to sort the loot history by pilot name making division of fleet spoils a bit easier than reading down a long list of time sorted transactions. Imagine 12 pilots coming and going over a 3 hour mining op with 4 - 8 ore types a piece.

Any hope of organizing the loot history like it was in the past? While not perfect it certainly made mining op division easier when individual loot history determines amount of collected materials. Another view sortable by item looted (like type of ore) could be helpful. Please make the sort by pilot a priority.

Concerning production from BPCs. When you enter number of production runs more then number of alloyed runs, UI should change the number to the maximum available for this BPC (like in BPO copying process for rigs).

Instead now error message is shown and you still need to check the max number of runs in BPC and update the run number.

Nice changes so far. One I would like to see is to include the option to add notes to corporate contacts. One of my corpies (or even myself) will add a contact and 6 months down the road, no one can remember why a given corp is marked -5. Notes would allow us to clear up any issues.

What would be great....really really great....like awesome sauce great..

Is when viewing an item, if I have a current Buy Order for that item...

• that it be in a different color so I can see if mine is the top Buy Order. Twisted
• that when I double-clicked said order it brought up the Modify dialog box instead of the Buy dialog box.
• that when Modifying a Buy Order allow the Quantity to be edited.

And when viewing My Orders under the Market tab...

• that there is a better sorting mechanism for orders. I'd suggest adding another tab to the left hand side that allows filtering ..not unlike the browse tab, this would go a long way to helping those avid Marketeers (errmm Me!) 0.01 ISKing their orders in a more managable fashion. Blink

That is all (for now).

Considering I had an alt in low sec miss a kill just a few hours ago cuz of this annoying popup that asked me if I wanted to engage I shall add this one.

Please make ALL available popups be able to be checked or unchecked in the ESC menu window please!! Instead of just reset to the popup just have a sort of graphical interface like the overview selection menu instead where entire groups or lists can be changed. Thatd be great.

Cuz I cant go back and check the box all I get is enough time to hit enter cuz Im already priming stuff and hitting other buttons. He was into warp instead of locked by the time Id hit enter and relocked him. Most of the time you have only a fraction of a second to engage.

Also when you run incs in high sec you want to uncheck that or else youll find you end up shooting some logi like one guy did and lost a Nightmare in our fleet and then the next time you engage in low itll ask you again and youll lose out on kills.

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

That's right.

Had to end sometime.
