I would like a character specced towards battleships for either Gallente or Amarr racial Battleships.

Expecting the character to have at a minimum good core skills, and relevent large t2 (or close to) gunnery would be huge bonus.

My budget for this is between 8 to 10 billion isk depending on the character.
