Hahahaha! Carebears are so terrible at fitting ships. I wish I took a screenshot, but one CNR I scanned while ninja salvaging had nothing but medium shield boosters in his mids and a Scimi buddy repping him. I really wish he would've shot at my probe. Would certainly have been a hilarious KM.

So last night I decided to pick on some Russians, I jump into my little Thorax and headed off to Kakakela.

Hit directional and was greeted with a few containers sitting about.

Warped to the first, a guy sitting in a nivatas mining, flipped and off he warps, nothing happens i pop the can since the 15minute window expired and move on. Next belt another russian mining from a different corp, i flipp and he warps off.

Now the Nivatas from the previous corp warp in along with a apoc battle ship, the nivatas pops a can. Bait is Bait and I am hungry.

Flip it and the Apoc red boxes me, I quickly get under his guns where I start taking him down. As this goes the owner of the other can warps in with a caracal and also red boxes me. Excited I am since a 2 for 1 deal is always a good deal.

The Apoc pops and shortly after so does the Caracal. Happy with my little Thorax I count up the losses I have with the Thorax compared to the kills.

So far to date 2 Thorax losses each one fitted costing me about 32mil has done just under 3 Billion Isk damage with 29 kills. I bloody love this little ship.

I do have to say, both said good fight and good job, It seems less and less people now cry about their losses which to me is agood thing. Even some of those expensive ship i popped the guys got me on good standing since they ask for assistance now and again.

I have made more friends in EVE from the people i Killed or scammed then those im actually nice with. But those that hate me seems to hate me with extreme passion and rage.

hmm I think I should just do a blog instead spamming up the forums with these post.


I have a small gripe with a small corp a while back. Now that I'm doing my own thing I decided to Dec them. Being over eager I decided to once again try out my little Thorax.

They don't know I am planning to dec them so finding them in a group was not hard, 2 drakes and a Cormy. I orbit them target them, pop a can with my colorfull banter I set it's name with. I don't like talking in local....

Did not take long for all three ships to yellow box me and pop a can of their own. 2 Drakes and one Cormy... Thorax loss number 3 here I come. I take the Yellow can and all of them open fire. The Cormy pops with one shot, I target the drakes with the youngest player and it goes down in less than a minute. The third Drake is tanked but does very little damage with my AB running permanently orbiting him.

The Drake is about to pop and my ships starting to bleed structure as the cormy pilot returns in a Caracal. Drake pops and a few seconds later the Caracal pops.

My spincter was swallowing air when the caracal landed since I went into structure at that moment.

At this point I am really impressed with the Thorax, if any of those drakes were fitted with HAMS I would have gone down like a sack of shyte.

Hi!

I shall probably be flamed for this etc . And I guess I am at the bottom of the rung in terms of "pvp" being a 2 week old toon. But hell, here I go.....yes, this post is long, if you don't generally like reading (why are you here?) feel free to stop now.

Two nights ago after a can-flipping trip being bored of finding way more flippers than flipees I decided I'd set-up my Rupture as a bait ship (full combat it with 1 mining laser) to see if anyone was stupid enough to go for it.

Now, after 10 mins of doing my 1-laser mining close to a mining op consisting of 2 Orcas, a retriever, catalyst and a hulk or two. I get a whisper demonstrating an entirely different kind of stupidity to what I was expecting: "Hi, would you like to join us?"
So, I asked for clarification, "Fleet or corp?", apparently these guys had seen my yellow, negative-sec (even if slightly) mono-laser mining Rupture as a useful addition to their corp...to begin with I smelt a rat and thought they couldn't be that stupid, perhaps they wanted to bait ME, with some nasty BC hidden in one of those Orcas.

Well anyway, we got chatting, I played the part of a complete moron with no idea about the game after my 2 weeks of play and promptly requested a corp invite after deciding this guy was actually more stupid than I was appearing to be.

Now at this point I was still a little wary, and had the prospects of a nice juicy Orca on my Killboard after 2 weeks of play, so I did the best thing I could think of to demonstrate my carebeariness and proceeded to target and give a quick pulse of my scram at a guy who just flipped me (just to generate 15min timer for him) . Now he was in an Ity and promptly buggers off, only to return in a 'cane. Low and behold I get popped and cry to my new found friends about how hard life is as a miner. Now I had their trust and 100% belief in my status as an idiot playing via a drool-filled keyboard.

So, I go and pick another Rupture, this time with a full combat fit and hope to get to some Orac-popping, but no, their mining op was over and the bears were off to bed. Bollocks. Ah well, I'll be patient and see what happens tomorrow.

Tomorrow came, kinda, not an orca, but some good value in any case. I got chatting with a guy who had a mining main and an indy alt that he dual-boxed in the corp. Now, we chat for about 30mins before informing me he was off to bed and have a good night. Fair enough. But 45mins later he is still online....a bit odd....Maybe AFKing one last load before bed? Anyway, I set about finding him.

After not getting much luck asking for a locator agent job from one of the guys in the future corp I'm joining I make use of the public channel and rent a guy for 5mil. I wait 10mins and he then informs me I can find my friend (friendS when you include his alt) in Henebene, 0.8 high-sec. Goodie!.

So I mooch on over in my Rupture and 7 jumps later arrive in system, now a D-scan picks up a Hulk and Iteron at belt 4. Sweet, I warp there just to see the Ity go up in smoke from someone suiciding it. Not so sweet, I wanted the pleasure!

Well, to make this already long story short I gave the Hulk and autocannon enema and proceeded to giggle like a child and gloat to my pirate friend's public channel. Then I came back in a Destroyer to pop the capsules that were left floating in space. (me being a noob didn't realise I can actually pod-kill corpmates, like I say...2 weeks of play..).

Adding up the KM's I racked up a nice total of half a billion isk in ship and implants. Tbh, looking at the "fit" on the Hulk he had it coming...

Well, may or may not be interesting to you guys. I'm sure a few guys will comment on how infintely awesome they are compared to me, tell me it was a **** move or alternatively question my sexuality and then inform me I am a coward etc etc, but hey, this is the internet, come at me! I'm a new player, I had fun, and thought i'd share the love ;)

As of now still no tears from the owner though, shame, he DID mention it would take him 12hrs mining to replace his Hulk should he ever lose it during our earlier chit-chat. I did get a short "Did you pod me last night?" in corp before he logged off. I'm hoping for something a little more juicy.

As of now I'm still in the corp (lulz), so hoping I can get something else before someone with the power to boot me logs on.

Hehe thanks ;) I didn't envisage myself as a corpkiller either to be honest, it kind of just "happened" when the guy invited me. I'm actually informally with a corp already, not on the books as such, but playing with them. Going to be fully fledged when I can fly something a bit bigger. So as of now I'm kind of a free agent trying to find ways to blow up other players as best as I can with 2 weeks of skills and peanuts in terms of isk. hehe

A couple weeks ago I joined a mission running corp on the pretext that I was a noob with an older account that my friend gave me. At first it was rainbows and lollypops, I had been doing my research and found that they like to fly Domi's and other such heavy tanking awesome ships in Level 4's. Well I planned to gank a few ships and then drop corp, until I heard that the CEO had just bought a Golem (que: cheesy dramatic music). So with this new information I decide to wait.

After waiting about a week (due to a war dec that was quite annoying) I finally get into a mission alone with the Golem, you see he had been teaching me the ins and outs of the game. He never stopped telling me that he had seen a Titan once and the he has friends in 0.0 and more than a Bil in his wallet. I wanted to puck. So with my Nuet Domi in the same mission as his Golem I ask for him to link his fit. Nice fit, Deadspace X-Large Shield Booster with assorted faction mods.

Letting him take aggro I begin to nuet him and sic my Ogre II's on my payday. A few seconds and a failed ransom later his Golem pops and I get the drop I wanted, the Deadspace Shield Booster.

This has only made him mad and he swears revenge. I retreat to Amarr to get my brand new Ishtar out of storage and fit for some PVP. While in the aftermath of the gank another corpy comes online and I promptly invite him to fleet, he accepts without question. I figure out after a few minutes that he has been informed of my wrong doings and is coming to get me in his pvp maelstrom he just got off a roam with.

I finish my fitting and see that all three corpies are in local and I undock, warp off and they scatter after they couldn't catch me on the undock. At this point in time they head back to there HQ system 6 jumps out and I follow them. Unfortunately the CEO had to log off so I missed the chance to kill him again but I do find the two other corpies ready to kill me. One Falcon and one Mael, keep in mind the Mael pilot hasn't bothered to drop fleet yet.

Warping to 100 from the gate to the station I find both of them on the undock and they immediately start gunning for me, warping back to the gate I set up a safe in direct line from the station and warp back to the station this time at 70. Predictably they gun for me again and I get hero jammed by the Falcon, I sic my drones on him and he 'splodes while he has me jammed... noob.

At this point the Mael is still in fleet and still burning straight for me, I align the gate and warp the fleet to my safe. He never saw it coming and I can just imagine the words that came out of his mouth. When we land I find that he had dropped fleet and was attempting to GTFO but that didn't happen and he died moments later to my Ogre's.

It can be, Just need to find the right people or corp to go after.

Currently at war with an alliance. They fielded 4 Fleets to try and kill me and lost them all, now I'm getting mail from their so called PVP players stating how much I suck since I am only killing Mining Barges.

Brilliant fun when you point out 3 of the 27 ships killed so far was barges. These are the same people you see in any corp. You never see him in combat but he is always to the one to send you mail about how much better he is. Or that he is not going to waste time on you since he can easily take you down with no effort. You call those the pussies of the corp.

The nice thing is I have struck a few deals with some of the corps in the alliance. I ignore them for ships they gave me, BS and faction frigs is a good thing. ISK is liquid, Assets you can use.

Well that's funny. Looking into them further I notice that they are in fact NOT a member of GSF. Their CEO has never been in GSF nor has any of their corp members. After a little more conversation, this little gem came up:

Afterwards, heated words were exchanged and there were lots of lulz. That very night my one man corp declared war on their corp. They sent taunting emails asking if I was for real and how they're going to utterly destroy me. The time leading up to the wardec, my alt went on reconnaissance work and spied on them. They even befriended my alt with not so helpful tips and advice.

In a strange twist of events, one of their very own corpmates started feeding me intel on who's in their ranks, what ships they fly, what fittings they use on those ships, when they generally log on and where they retreated to during the wardec. He said he was upset that they treated him so badly and he was sick of it.

I took this information with a grain of salt. Maybe it was a trap he was leading me into, but I used what info I got and it turned out to be strikingly accurate. However when the wardec went live they stayed docked up and eventually stopped logging in all together. The taunting emails still kept coming, but they barely logged in if ever.

Eventually they pulled the DECSHIELD exploit (f*** you too, CCP), and shed off the wardec onto an alliance. So they like to run away and hide. Fine. As soon as they left that alliance, I wardec'ed them again.

This time their corp didn't join an alliance. Their CEO closed corp and ran off. He and his alt joined a shelter alliance, the rest of his corp were thrown out on their ass and back to the NPC corp. How cowardly. So my alt takes their old corp name and corp ticker as a trophy. EvE mails went out taunting all previous members of the victory trophy I took from them.

Now he's stuck in a temporary alliance that KNOWS for a fact they're super cowardly. He can't go back to his old corp anymore. The full story of what happened is on my blog.

Now as most stories goes, people read about wins...

I am going to give you some losses. 2 Thorax Losses to be exact.

Now in my goal to see what I can shoot down with my Thorax I met the inevitable wall. A HAM Drake and a Rattlesnake.

It appears the Thorax is happy to eject a pilot from his Heavy Missile Drake but a HAM Drake is made to kill Cruisers. Not to mention being killed by a Rattlesnake, I'm not even going to go into that one as his Ogre II drones tore me a new *******. He decided not to mention he had hardeners for my specific damage.

Aside from those Losses I decided to start my own corp and do my own thing. Namely wardec corps.

The one Wardec ended up being an alliance wardec which made me a very happy person. 1 guy against 140 people. That Hardly ever is the case. Although the amount of Drama, Crying, Rage and laughter this has caused so far.... I'm loving it.

In total they brough 3 Fleets agaist me, and boefore anybody says noobs. You have to hand it to them for trying and appluad them for actually forming up to do this.

1st Fleet was against my Thorax.

2nd Fleet I noticed that Alliance members were starting to form part of the fleet. in total there were 7 ships, 3 got popped and the rest ran. At this point I was in my T3 since I was unsure what a group of people older ingame than I am would drop on me.

3rd Fleet, 8 ships in total, decided since there was nothing special about these guys I would fly a double 1600 Plated Cane. I am just sad I was unable to get the Curse.... the bastard depleted my CAP.

As a result of these, 7 corps have now left the alliance, just under 800mil Damage done so far. I was expecting to see more when members of the alliance include ex members of the Umbrella corp. Some of the corps decided a more diplomatic route, giving me ships so I can ignore them when I pass them, i like that and have kept my end of the deal.

It has come to a point where they are now sending eve mail to people I killed in the past wanting them to team with them to come after me. I decided to keep this wardec alive for the next foreseeable future since I think I have just scratched the tip of the IceBerg.

And just something added to this post.

Thanks for those for the "o/ Kane, love your stories" in local. i think it's awesome. Hopefully I can add some more with the wars.


EDIT:

I though it would only be fair to post the mail they send my ex kills. What they fail to realize is that many of these people are on my contact list since they ask for assistance or help or chat with them now and again. I am not really a bastard, some just choose to make me such.
