What I need is a Tengu Pilot with:

- All T3 support skills to V
- Shield compensation skills to V
- Excellent shield support skills
- Decent missiles skills (Heavy Missiles II with support at IV or V)
- Core certificate skills at or close to Elite


What might add value for me:
- High standings with any corp / faction
- Other T3 ships trained
- Cruiser V
- Command ships
- Leadership skills (Warfare skills at IV or V)


What I dont need:
- Negative sec status
- Kill rights
- High amount of waisted SP


Enough money available for the right char.
