Mayhaps we need a re-post of just what is acceptable for General Discussion.

Yes, yes I am. Baking recipes have nothing to do with EVE, but are quite acceptable as a thread for OOPE; the list of character editor issues is better off in the Issues section, where it will be seen by the devs.
