ok just googled it mat leave in iceland for men is 90 days... so three months... so umm when were the little ones born?

We actually have three people dedicated to it now, the other two are just working on other areas (titan tracking, anyone?).

i hope both are male or both female. Otherwise eve could lose the whole balancing team because of babies!

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Perhaps CCP Tallest refers to something else too....

Congrats on the kiddos Tallest, hope we see them replace Sundwave someday! He's getting kinda scruffy and old anyway.

3 for the dad
3 months they can split however they like

but then you get more when you produce more than one baby at once, I don't know exactly how much more

Edit: Please don't forget about blasters (or Gallente hulls), us poor Gallente flying sobs are still looking for firewood and scraps of metal so we can make makeshift shelters to protect ourselves from predatory Minmatar, Caldari and Amarr players :(

To be fair if one perosn goes on leave for an extended peroid of time, important parts of the game should not be neglected becuase of it especially when it was a focus for the new expansion, that is poor corporate organization and planning. That said CCP is honestly the most interactive and engaging of the playerbase of any mmo publisher i have seen to date. You guys have a sense of humor that i love, and you seem to treat your people well from my point of view.

So congrast to Tallest and good luck with the double work load at home ;)
(I too am a fan of dogs over babies lol)

Just be sure to distinguish between GM, who read, write, have some professional social skills and Devs, who do actual programming, image muckery (while using illegal substances i.e. camouflage paint), meshes and database administration. If you balance it so everything is highly biased towards the gallente, you'll be fine.
