CCP Dev's...what developement system do you use?

I like how you guys turned the forums, into a business meeting. You should link this page to Hilmar then ask for a few more hours worth of pay.

It is pretty interesting though, and does sound pretty complex where you guys work at.

Seriously, make a documentary around the development process of a major MMO, would be an interesting watch.

We do use Scrum. The first expansion we developed using Scrum was Apocrypha. In a lot of ways that was similar to the our Crucible expansion in the sense that a lot of developers were involved but for Apocrypha it was for a longer time working on bigger features.
