Currently in the process of having Push complete some couriers for me in vastly different points of origin. The first one was completed about 2 days after putting the contract up, through lowsec, and made it safely to the requested destination. The second courier is a rather large amount via JF through a lot of lowsec, so I expect that to take a little longer to complete, but I have no doubt it will be completed in a timely manner.
Props to Push for a job well done, and looking forward to utilizing their services again in the future.

Our lowsec capabilities (especially Jumpfreight) were rather limited in the last few days.
The almost 36h completion time on your standard lowsec package and the JF contract still in progress are really sub-standard values for Push Industries and nothing we can be proud of.

We're working hard on getting our services back to normal.
Our aim is to complete all shipments within not more than 12 hours, no matter if highsec or lowsec.

We've updated our nullsec jump freighter pricing. Now, instead of it being 80 million ISK per billion ISK collateral per contract, it's now 80 mil + 20 mil per billion beyond the first.

That's huge! We hope you enjoy our new pricing scheme.

Have used their services several times now for nullsec -> nullsec and hisec -> nullsec runs and without exception the results have been excellent. Must be the best turnaround for a publicly known courier/transport service, especially for those of us who live in 0.0.

Keep up the great work.

EXCELLENT.

Consistently professional, punctual and RELIABLE over the last few months that I've used the PUSH services.

Have already recommended PUSH to other pilots, and will continue to recommend them.

Punched in last night to see that a customer had hired us to move 11.7 million m3. That's the kind of challenge I live for!

There has been frequently questions or some confusion about assembled containers in couriers, I would like to post some information and explanations about the issue.

It's actually not that big of an issue, especially not as some other transport corporations make it seem. Push Industries WILL move your couriers that contain containers without complaints. In their cockpit though, our pilots might say nothing, might sigh or they might curse upon you *laughs*, but they will get the job done! Keep on reading to learn why each of this can occur :)

Best reason to avoid containers though is, because YOU as our customer DOES profit from doing so. Let me explain why.

The following cases can occur:
1) A pilot accepts a courier and moves it himself/herself. This is the only case, where containers in couriers don't matter at all.
2) A pilot accepts a courier with an in-corp alt and subcontracts it to his/her out-of-corp hauler. When trying to do that, the eve client will complain on the last step of subcontracting with an error message, saying that it already contains a populated container and it can't be contracted further.
3) A special case, where a JF pilot might need to subcontract too and might use the in-corp toon as cyno alt.

Now we have some in-corp haulers like on 1, but many are outside of the corp. So some percentage of our pilots won't bother at all if there are containers in the couriers or not. Our biggest competitor instead, has moved to an all-out-of-corp model afaik, so they will have to deal with that issue always.

In case of 2, to be able to get your courier to the destination, we will need to trade your courier between the in-corp toon that accepted it and the one hauling it. That means, BOTH toons have to move to the same pickup location and afterwards both have to move to the same delivery station too. In the worst case, while the hauling toon might have been already on the pickup location, the toon that had to accept your courier might be tens of jumps out.

The result is, the hauler can't start moving anything, before both toons will be in the same station, for pickup as also delivery, which might cause a significant delay to the completion of your courier. While we actually plan carefully on being able to pick a courier up and start delivering it asap, an assembled container in a courier could make that planning pointless in such a case.

In the case of 3, the situation could be even worse. If it happens, the one that accepted (and as such has to complete) the courier and the cyno alt for the JF to be the same toon, it might take several more minutes before the cyno countdown finishes (up to 10 minutes) and before being be able to dock into the station too, while the JF is already there and waiting to trade back the courier for completion.

So, while containers don't have to cause always delays (at least at Push Industries), sometimes they will. In at least about half of the cases, we could complete your couriers even faster, if containers would have been avoided. And while we strive to offer only the best, here are some tips that could help.

How you can help us, to help us help you have no delayed couriers because of containers

If you can't remove the items from a container and contract them as courier directly, because you are not in that station, there is another way to do that: Open your assets window and find the container. Rightclick and choice "Repackage". That will repackage the container and place the items from the container loose in that stations hangar. For the assets window to cause it to update, close and reopen it. If that doesn't work, try in the search "solar:solarsystemname" (replace solarsystemname with the appropriate name, as example Jita), which should show you everything in the stations in that system usually, even if the main assets tab is still cached. If that doesn't work either, a session change (like undocking as example) and re-opening assets causes in almost all cases to show you everything updated.

If you use a container to circumvent the eve client's limitations, because you have more than 200 items to contract to us, there is another solution without using containers here too: Make 2 (or more couriers) and split the reward equally through them. In the description add something like "combined shipping 1/2, same station" and "combined shipping 2/2, same station" on each. We will treat it as one courier.

In the case, where it can't be avoided not to use a container, please add in the description some text like "contains containers", so we can plan even better our routes. Once we know before accepting a courier that containers are involved, we can avoid some of the delays that might be caused by them by planning forward.

You guys are not as fast as you say you are. I cancelled my contract this weekend because it was taking so long. I gave it to your competitor. It was done before anyone got around to even answering in your channel. Plus they were cheaper. Whatever it was you used to do, you aren't doing it anymore.

Hello Jana!

I have been the whole weekend unusual extremely long online in EVE and unfortunately I don't recall seeing your request in our channel. Nor do I remember a contract issued by you, which normally I would, because personally I keep a very close eye on any contract that gets even close to our 92.4% completion rate of 12 hours or less.

So I'm wondering, when was the contract issued and when cancelled? How long did it really take?

"Long" is usually a subjective term, depending on each ones situation. While some consider 12 hours to be still not long, others consider even one hour to be long. Because of that, we offer our Rush Service, that will give the highest possible priority to a contract and will be completed faster, by being placed in the front of our queue.

Anyone can follow our daily progress and performance in our detailed statistics: http://wiki.pushx.net/index.php?title=Statistics - from the overall numbers of all times, down to recent daily numbers of issued and completed contracts.

Should yours took really extremely long, than I'm sorry for that. That's the exeption though, so I would really appreciate it, if you tried us out once or two times more, before you made your conclusions.

Feel free to contact me personally, I'll be glad to help timely with any issues that might appear.

Push had some unusual high queues over the last week, with an extra peek on the weekend. As far as I can tell as the result of an increased workload while some pilots were being temporarily unavailable at the very same time.

It is easy to realize that this high workload comes from having done a good job in the past and most of the extra contracts are being issued by satisfied and returning customers. I'm certainly one of them.

I too did actually pull back some of my contracts this weekend and looked for alternatives, but I see this as an exception as they have given me fast and reliable service on circa 60-70 contracts this past month. **** happens sometimes and as long as it stays an exception this is no issue to me. Besides that, have a look at the weather in this other universe of ours; complaining about delivery times in a video game is a bit silly anyway.

IMHO you guys should consider raising your normal delivery price a bit in case the extra work keeps coming in as crazy as it does right now, simply so that you can continue to provide your excellent service at a reasonable rate to those being able to appreciate it. From a customer standpoint I certainly seek to get the most bang for my buck, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I look for the lowest price I can get. Price is only what one pays, the value one receives in return for said price is what really matters. Besides that this would also help in recruiting more pilots of the same high magnitude as yourselves.
