Haven't you heard?

CCP biggest sov holder in all Eve

and doesn't afraid of anything

They had Dev PvP events a while ago many of which took place in Low Sec. A few Fleet Battles in a prolific Low Sec area using high profile characters and announcing your arrival beforehand publicly will a lot of non Pirate targets to burn Sec on.

We had a GM camping one of our stations the yesterday. It was epic, he logged off, and we managed to bubble and aggress his Polaris Legate Frigate, and keep him there for a few hours while trying to smartbomb it to death.

99.9% shield resists + being impossible to lock makes killing those buggers hard. I still think we should done a full disco fleet :-D

I personally think the more killmails we see with CCP Alliance involved, the better for the game it will be. It obviously needs to be handled right(if you manage to kill a polaris ship, it damn well better not drop anything. That bugger had every Doomsday equipped + a smartbomb with a 45km range) but thats the kind of engagement that will bring the devs closer to the game again. Allowing them to play the way they did back before T20 isn't gonna happen again, but allowing them to play as clear cut members of CCP Alliance should be encouraged. IA would have to be on the ball tho to make sure no abuses happened.

I have to agree with this, even if its just CCP coming along to the occaional player run events, it would definitely make more players attend and get to see that they like to enjoy the game just as much as the regular players. Maybe CCP should have their own entry to the Alliance Tournament but only using ships the rest of us have access to =P

If they won half of eve would assume they cheated, so no. CCP run tourneys should only allow normal players. Player run tourneys, tho, would be another story, and the chance of a CCP team showing up to get they ass handed to them would make them much more common and well publicized.

I remember when I started played in '06, one of the biggest draws of eve was the fact that the devs were a part of the game, and over the years this has changed to the point where we feel they have no idea how the game works any more.

They should be a sov holding alliance tho, I don't think anyone would mind them cheating a little there(as long as it was ONLY ccp employees, and the cheating was public and well documented, like giving themselves free subcaps)as long as we could realistically attack them and take push back their space. They would turn into a bigger political wildcard that even PL, they could do roams from that space into lowsec to give non-nullsec entities tasty killmails, and they would have first hand knowledge of EXACTLY what everyone deals with, instead of us telling them whats bugging us. Most issues are glaringly obvious when you engage in that part of the game, but CCP doesn't because they are afraid of player backlash after T20.

T20 will never be forgotten, but it needs to be moved past, and the devs need to be engaged in the game as players again.

True, however that was the Average of around 200-300 members and although i didnt check them individually (Im not that bored) im guessing some of them are much lower where as others will be higher Pirate
