+1 I'd like to see it even shorter actually (6-12 hours?), but this is definitely a step in the right direction.

I was going to post this exact same topic (22 hours proposal).

This is one of the little things in the game that I'd hope would be easy to fix. It wouldn't really change the mechanics/intention of the timer, but it would completely remove the annoyance factor that is now in place.

Maybe have the skill book that reduces the clock to 20 hours at lvl 5 instead of 1 hour per level.

Also I think we need to have a clone cost reduction skill. 30 million a death is getting to me. Its going to be 45 million soon here.

Dust 514's CPM 1 Iron Wolf Saber Eve mail me about Dust 514 issues.

This is a great idea! I was just thinking the other day how annoying it was to log in, ready to do something dangerous and have to wait a half hour because I didn't jump right away the last time I logged in at my normal time.

Supported. But it is better to add skill book that reduces jump clone timer .

I'll give this a bump for a good idea

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

YOU SIR!! Have identified something absolutely trivial! That completely bones us all!
I like it, seriously, you noticed an issue that may seem trivial but is really an asspain to all and your proposal to fix it is not wildly out of context. +1

Supported. Although I would rather have a skill that reduces the jumpclone cooldown by 1 hour per level, to make it less likely that the cooldown impacts the next playing session.

Well, that's what the 2 hour flat time reduction is for. I don't think we should need to train a skill for a quality of life change such as this though.

You had to train to get jumpclones in the first place, having another skill is more fitting, and it opens up being able to reduce it quite a lot, 5 hours is quite a difference for example.
