I'm still wondering why things such as turret looks and turret effects have to be changed.
Aren't there other thing CCP can do to add new features to the game?

For example they added T3 cruisers, where are the T3 frigs? Things like this are interesting, not
the new looks of my turrets.
Also u guys can fix the bugs such as my windows that keep jumping from 1 side of my screen to the other
every time i undock.

I thought the nanites in the pod cleaned and dressed you, so you stepped out of the pod as we see the avatars.
If so, let's say that regardless of nanites I would prefer the situation I described. Oh, and does that mean that we're not actually buying clothes in the Plex store but nanite software upgrades? It's easy to imagine them weaving your clothes on the fly. Building strong large scale structures, for example a robotic arm to move you and a heavy leather coat into position, is something quite different in my opinion.

Edit: And I thought the promotional video was the activation of a Med clone, not a normal pod exit.
That's certainly not the impression that I got, but you might very well be right. Also, if the nanite technology exists, why use it when exiting a pod but not when activating a medical clone?

The turret icon revert, also a good idea. Icons should not be about detailed graphics, they work best as abstractions; they exist for the sake of user efficiency.

What about ship and drone icons, then? Those are rendered on-the-fly first time they're seen just like the current 'new' turret icons. The only noticeable difference is the ship and drone icons have colored backgrounds..?

Its more traumatic, you just died. The process takes longer and is harder on you and your new body. I got that idea from watching the TV in the CQ. A bit of the "decanting" sequence is shown, right after a picture of a corpse floating in space.

That made me think the decanting sequence was for a med clone. Also CCP has said many times that if something seems immersion breaking, then you forgot about the nanites. This implies the rapidity of the pod exit, going from pod to a clothed state, must be the work of nanites.

That said, when you die you got your new avatar just as fast as when you dock. So all my story spinning still does not completely fit the game.

Im not drawn to the idea of the pod beside a shower. But I would like to see it located about where the undock button is, with me standing just outside the doors like I had just stepped out, when I dock. Then clicking on the pod would be the undock button.

Completely invalidating an expansion that ate up a whole development cycle isn't making "excellence", it's dancing around horrible decision making and wasted time.

Ending up where you started isn't excellence, it's mediocrity. And we're not even to that point yet.
