WTB Gallente Thanatos Pilot or really close to it.

I have about a 10 Billion Isk Budget

I'm looking for a decent focused toon.

Skills I would like, but don't necessarily need.

Also, I don't want a pilot capable of getting in the ship, but cant fit anything on it.

I will be entertaining offers for the next week or so... budget may increase over that time, but I'm aiming at 10 Billion
