Thx for link as you have prob read i goto wait for char slot to free up so until then i will keep it in mind but my final decision will come later, aslo gives others a chance to make offers

Hi thx for your offer and during downtime i came to a decision about the toon ur offering - im affraid i have to turn you down as you are at least 8 mill SP's short of what it is im looking for, and you are lacking enough gunnery skills for me to be satisfied with the purchase..

6 Bill isk maybe more for the right toon.

link me your Eve-Boards so i can view in advance of my char slot becoming free so at that time i can make a quick decision from what as been offered..

The isk is already in my wallet and @ 16:00 pm today my char slot is free - all set to go at that time..

The skills are all in the right place for what im after but the -3 security status is not exactly what i was looking for but will certainly give it serious consideration because of the skill points - but i will wait a little while to see what other offers come my way..
