Certificate filters in the planner

Any chance we can get more varied or flexible certificate filters for the Certification Planner on the character sheet? Specifically, I'd like to be able to see which certificates I don't have. Being able to select for the tier, whether I have any prerequisites, etc along with that and current options would be wonderful.
