Sell Orders

I am baffled how to word this.

I placed an order.

30mins later they told me I hadn't placed the order in their preferred optimal format (and explained how they would prefer it in future)

1hr 45mins later a 120k order arrived at a destination 19 jumps away.

Staggering customer service.

I cannot reccommend enough.

Good work, Push - you deserve all the good comments you are getting.

In all my time in Eve I have never worked with a corp that more consistently comes through on their advertised promise and I have toons older than this one.

We just recently completed our 4000th contract, thanks to all customers and friends. mew. =3

I've continued my private comparison between Push Industries and Red Frog Freight. Earlier stats* were a bit too optimistic for Push, so here are results after 20 contracts splitted between Push and Red Frog:

For me it is really usefull to get many contracts completed quickly, preferably within few hours. While Red Frog has been faster lately than first few contracts indicated, Push is still clearly better for me.

Push Industries completed 60% of these contracts within 2 hours and 80% within 3 hours.
Red Frog Freight completed 10% of these contracts within 2 hours and 45% within 3 hours.

It would be interesting to see comparison after few months and 100+ contracts. If I get there someday, I'll be sure to tell you the results.

ps. I dropped price comparison since it's quite boring. I have 2 basic routes so prices are allways same - Push is cheaper.

Great service in a real good time even for systems that are far off the normal routes.

To show our appreciation to you, we will now raise the maximum volume of our standard freight to 900,000m3, instead of 860,000m3 as planned, at no additional rate increase. And to continue our excellence in customer service, we are going to lower the maximum capacity for lowsec volume by gate to 30,000m3. Great service and delivery. Had a contract from nullsec to highsec and this was done with no issues.

Well.

We've a lot of Logistics to do - each Day.

We was for sure working a lot with the green jumping animals - and they are good - no question.

But Push Industries - is indeed another league... i can recommend this service to everybody - who really need to count in the business partners.

You guys are awesome and i still hope you'll keep up this kick ass Service for a long time... cause its the best what you can get for money :)
