Ok I think I understand where you're coming from them, make it so that basically people can not, say for example, provoke others (in anyway) and then be able to go hide in an NPC corp? It does sound like a plausible idea to me, just perhaps with a few changes to the proposed system

(All NPC corps are kept, so loyalty points etc continue to work. However, only the starting one is joinable (and cannot be wardecced), which one being based on how a player chooses their background. They are automatically put in to this, like rookie chat, and so like it is in the current system. If they leave to join another corp, then they can not rejoin it (and hence, here we move to your system of 'Free lancers'), and also, like the Rookie chat there is also a time limit to how long they are kept in the rookie corp (say, 3 months, to allow players to find their feet and look at different careers properly? After that, they could either carry on being freelance, or look for a corp (e.g. E-Uni if they feel they're not ready without more practise at things)

Which brings a second point, which is the tutorial. If you were to be elected and could push these ideas forwards, then another suggestion would be to have a tutorial section on corporations, hi sec, low sec and null sec dynamics and PVP, along with suggested corps to move on to when their ready (corps could apply to CCP to be added to this list, determined by certain...requirements?) Just so this could try to prevent newbies from making decisions without all the info, as well as make sure they know about the freelance affects when they come in to play. I was confused myself when it came to looking for corps/using the corp screen, as the amount of them was overwhelming and the tutorial didn't cover anything about them ). .

Sorry, but I can only vote for those who can spell correctly and use at least somewhat proper grammar. God, can you imagine reading an entire 50 page PDF of the CSM minutes written like this?

The last CSM that ran as a rep of HISEC, PVE, and Industrialists won with the 2nd highest vote count of any of the other CSM candidates in that election. ;)

Just nobody else has tried to put the same effort into getting the HISEC votes as she did since that election.

Though likely didn't help that she was removed from the CSM for an NDA breach after the first summit where she also threw metal spoons at another member of the CSM from across the table. ;)

Can we bring her back? Sounds like precisely what the CSM needs.

High Sec can be defined as a location in EVE Online that comprises the largest % of it's player base. It is the economic center for all of EVE Online, Null Sec included. This location has it's own specific set of rules and game mechanics. If a CSM, any CSM, comes to the table who not only grasps this, but can bring to the table a much needed rekindling of how high sec can be redefined... then that would be a very good thing. Would it not be?


& in such an instance, you might want to rethink your stance of "Swearing to never vote for anyone running for 'highsec'". Because it makes you seem anti-High Sec when you say things like "There are far better platforms to run for, there are far better ideals to take up." & "To run for CSM high sec as thier hailing like putting oneself wrapped in bloody meat into the ocean with no cage"

I view most 'high sec' csm candidates as a bit short sighted.

"I been... in person"... Wow, I don't even know what to say to that. If you're fishing for votes you just guaranteed yourself none of mine.

Literacy counts. Look into it.

Vote for Nicolo da'Vicenza for CSM and by advocating the removal of npc corps (make individuals decable) and dec evasion + bounty system overhaul I will turn hisec into an orgy of blood and gore so deep that it will overcome the fastest interceptor and drown the biggest orca.
