(wtb) Minmatar/Amarr combat pilot : 20mil+ sp (40b budget)

Willing to fix up a promising youngster (20mil would be as low as i'll go) or buy a nice casket-aged vet char. Skillpoints are not as important to me as clean focus. I am willing to pay up to 40bil to find just the right one.

Positives:
-Good core skills
-Good gunnery and missile skills
-Probing, covert ops, and bomber ready
-Any T2 ship training except black ops and EAFs
-Good armor and shield tank

Negatives:
-Industry, mining, trade, pi, or any other fluff that doesn't make flying ships shoot better
-Cross training to something other than Amarr/Minmatar
