At first, it was research on the RMT market, to try to help stop it... but the numbers of sites and people doing it was overwhelming. From what i've seen over the past few weeks really makes me believe that RMT can never be stopped. The demand will always be there and if there's demand, there will be supply.

As for me posting this guys listing...I just found it hilarious he's bragging about his stats when he's doing something that's supposed to be semi-anonymous.


Also, I just realized it's probably not a good idea to post a link to an isk selling site. =\

You know, it wouldn't be hard for someone to put a sell ad for the OP's character on there to get them banned.

Who's going to bother? Its just part of the larger cashout anyway. A trillion iskies buys a lot of RL stuff.

@OP If you really wanted to "clean" Eve instead of targeting a single person you'd link and petition for each and every site where this kind of transaction is possible.

An internet game for internet nerds where someone can't find - hi google- bots or char sold for RL cash he might well have selective targets. Sad.

The original post was to make fun of the guy selling his character. :p
This wasn't meant to be another crusade against RMT thread. As far as i'm concerned, there's nothing CCP can do about RMT (practically speaking).

The source of the problem isn't with CCP, it's with us players that feed the demand. Sure they can throw some effort at it, but what's the point. The whole culture of gaming these days, is based on RMT.
