New Goon vcode requirement - hacked accounts to ensue - will anybody be surprised?

Giving people your account name does increase chances of being hacked, same with emails, you can not get away from that.

But I do not think Goons would hack you nor do I think one needs to worry, question is rather why waste the time? API sucks, another tool for control freaks and geeks to try and control other peoples life. Besides, I know of more spies in goonscurrently than goons themselves do by simple power of observing my fellow gamer in ts/mumble and ingame.

Real reason is=no one can rat in delve while OP is going and we need to check your ISK accounts Lol

I am repeating this until there is a legitimate answer...why do goons need to see complete asset list..ganking is admirable...great social engineering.....if it is to aid in the hacking of others accounts....not cool...dictatorships can still offer transparency...what is it goon leadership is trying to hide?

I gave you the real reason, control, make sure your subjects are doing well but not too well and participate in OPS and pay enough taxes. Nothing else, so calm down and lose the tinfoil hat. What they are doing is the same as all the biggest alliances do in order to have greater control.

CCP is welcome to check all my accounts..

Issue is goons want complete asset list and the answer they are offering is because we said so....this may be a good answer for 5 year olds....not for adults...you can roleplay this all you want but it isnt an answer

But you're right, even dictatorships can offer transparency. The neat thing about them is that they don't have to do so.

It's a Corporate level access list, this does not list everything owned by every character. And if it did, who cares?

FYI corporate level access lists are corp hangars and POS items. This is to keep track of people trying to sell supers/etc to the enemy.
