CSM deserves some credit

The CSM has obviously helped CCP with designing the new Neo Com. Loads of flashy crap that no one needs.

Why do I have to click the new "NeoCom" icon - move my mouse to "Buisness" before I can select "Contracts"?!?

We should make a community vote: uncomfortable incompetence with no confidence to current CSM (as long as Hulkageddon 5 is till on)

I forgot one thing: the "feature" to collapse chat windows is utterly lame. We all have our windows in the same place, so now we have to re-position them. Thanks CSM, your contribution to this release has been invaluable.

how about you take the Contracts button you found this way and drag it into the sidebar?

I'm inclined to agree somewhat, they do provide at least SOME link to what the players want, even if that link is distant and several degrees removed from most of the playerbase. Let's face it, the CSM is just a big circle jerk of Eve elitists that spend more time doing corporate logistics than actually playing the game.

Have you tried dragging Contracts to the main NeoCom? I hear it's customizable now.

Customizable my ass, try moving the ships and items icons away from the undock button? Or remove the chat icon so that the windows minimize straight to the neocom? Or how about :customize: the eve-menu itself to remove the hierarchical menus that dwell in there?

The new neocom stinks of :awesome: and :shiny:.

If they fail to iterate on it and eventually provide full customization of it, I will agree with you.

Until then, I will remain hopeful that CCP isn't slipping back into old habits.

Devour to survive, so it is, so it's always been Eve is a great game if you can get past all of the asshats....

The problem with the Neocom is that what's bad about it isn't that it's unfinished, what's bad about it is that they went out of their way to add :awesome: stuff just for the sake of adding it. If they are going to iterate on the Neocom they'll have to remove some of the :awesome: stuff they added which is the root of why :awesome: has been such a big problem and continues to be even if they say it's not. Granted this problem is much smaller than what we've gotten before but it shows that the :awesome:-culture still exist within CCP, and that's worrisome.

Obliviously the CSM helped in this FAIL NEOCOM THE BLINKING ISN'T SEPERATING OUT & WORKING INTERMITTANTLY FOR ME
