So buggy !
Almost every time I log in a toon, the Agency Challenge event window will show one (or more) of the challenges as "Next challenge: 0s" and it will sit there literally forever.

I've tried doing some challenges anyways, to see if that the "kick start" the timers or reset them - no luck.
Tried closing the event window, waiting a minute or two and reopening it - no luck.
Tried logging out and back in again - no luck.
Tried logging out and then back in on a different computer - no luck.

Finally give up and submit a bug report. Wait (20 minutes, an hour, maybe more) and suddenly the timers have reset.

Log in another toon and - nevermind - the timers are all showing 0s. Try every thing again and finally give up and submit another ticket.
Every bluddy day.

Seriously. Every single day since this event started. I can't be the only one with this bug (and yes, I preempted the usual suggestion of "repackaging my ship(s)" to see if that fixes the problem).

Yup, getting glitched timers here too. Today is my 2nd occurrence and if they hadn't extended I would have been unable to complete the event. My brother has ran into the glitched timers which caused him to not be able to get points on 3 separate days. I don't know why this is so difficult, or even why it was implemented so poorly. They already have a once a day reset in place, its called Downtime. So just make the challenges complete and then reset with Downtime, ta-da, instant once a day content.

I tried to petition the loss of a day's worth of Agency points, they said they couldn't add points to accounts (which seems odd, its a database entry somewhere, and it can be added to, how else does it go up when challenges are completed?), so instead they gave me a whole extra day of Omega time, whoa, thats the most helpful assist I've ever had. In a game where people subscribe in 6 month or even annual increments, 1 day only throws the accounts out of sync.

Isn't it suppose to be ended already? Why did they reset the 7day timer, said it was ending in 6 hours last time i logged in last night.
