I read up on the SiSi commands here, but I might not be understanding something.

I ran /copyships from the chat window, and nothing happened. No message appeared, and no addition ships appear anywhere in any of my stations. I am 100% sure there are fitted ships on TQ that have existed for many weeks, but were not copied over to SiSi. (I checked my Personal Assets list for items that appear in the nul-sec station that the ships are said to get copied to, but I show no entries at all for said null-sec station.
