Back when I was an official CODE. diplomat (http://www.minerbumping.com/2015/05/super-diplomacy.html ...fun times...) that happened. Back when people were trying to set new records in how much we killed.

People just did not get that standings are insignificant next to compliance with the New Halaima Code of Conduct. And yes, that includes having a permit!

Well funny that I was able to put my high sec freighter alt into a blue list when I was in the CFC for a brief period as Dracvlad, funny that I see quite a few freighters and JF's that I know are Goon alts just passing merrily along their way without any concerns, some even using the auto pilot, funny isn't it.

You do know that the freighter ganking is actually quite limited in terms of the people who do it and FC it, those other small alliances and corps don't have the ability to gank freighters, they gank miners, you do know that Miniluv actually is the one who controls freighter ganking now, do you, but then again you were in the war dec side of CODE so I guess not and you are no longer in CODE.

I remember when Loyal ganked a CFC freighter once and his comments afterwards.... come on....

Well I look at it another way, I am actually very impressed that so many saves were made, based on the fact that they are playing defence with multiple unknown targets, multiple possible attack locations and the mechanics being so against them, against a well funded and very organised groups while being not well funded and ad hoc with mainly low skilled volunteers who have low SP in the main. I could argue that CODE and Miniluv are not doing as well as they should be...

PS I don't know why you keep denying this blue list, so many people know about it...

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.

Here's a idea , how about a criminal timer similar to the jump fatigue system.
So you commit a criminal act , even if concord destroys you during the timer you are
open season to all pilots until the timer expires. You are free to commit more criminal acts but
the timer will increase the more criminal acts you perform while you have a timer .

Provides more content I think and may provide a opportunity for a bounty hunting mechanic.

Most gankers are -10 or close to it, and already can be shot any time they are in space...

It has been suggested to CCP that if you are an Outlaw, (-5 or worse) and anybody can shoot at you, then Outlaws should be able to start shooting at people without CONCORD showing up. Various fee's/fines/bribes have been proposed. CCP said nope, fine as is.
