LF loan: 15b, collateralized, 2.5-3% per month (FILLED)

LOAN FILLED - Details in subsequent posts


Hey folks, looking to take out a loan to free up capital to seize production opportunities.

Collateral offered is 15000 units of Garde II plus 7200 units of Light Neutron Blaster II, all located in Jita 4-4.

If I consider you a reliable lender I'm open to lending direct without a third party involved and offering 3%. If I do not recognise your name, I will seek out a mutually acceptable third party to hold the collateral at my expense and the rate will drop to 2.5%.

Post in this thread if interested.

Planned repayment timeline is 2-3 months but I am after a flexible repayment schedule (with interest calculated on the highest balance owed during the month and partial collateral returned in exchange for partial repayments).

I'll go direct with you, your reputation is too valuable an asset to cash in for just a ~3b haircut on current market prices.

Hey NMO

Someone has performed a market manipulation on the Light Neutron Blasters and has (temporarily) pushed the price up to 900k.


You have my permission to sell the LNB2s in the collateral into this hype at 650k ISK per unit at any time during this loan.

If you can get a higher price than that for them, that is all yours - just let me know how many you sell and reduce the loan principal buy 650k for each one you are unable to return.

No problems, thought I'd offer as the price spiked to unsustainable levels after someone - i believe "The Blue Girl" - decided to take a big risk in spiking the price on them, probably in an attempt to mess with CODE.

I'm on very good terms with CODE and don't appreciate market war targeting them (even though I know CODE has contingency plans for this scenario).

I'm in a position to repay 50% of the principal now.

At your convenience, could you please contract 50% of the collateral to me for the sum of 7950m (7500m principal, plus 450m interest for the first month)?

Update: By mutual agreement the first month's interest, and the 50% principal repayment, will occur slightly later than the 1 month mark at a time of NMO's convenience.

Update on current status:

19-May: Loan commences, principal value 15 000 000 000
Mid June: Sabriz requests to pay down 7 500 000 000 of the principle in first interest period, plus 450 000 000 interest. NMO agrees to create a contract for 50% of collateral at NMO's convenience.
26-Jun: Sabriz accepts contract of 50% of collateral for 7 950 000 000.
Current outstanding balance: 7 500 000 000
Next interest payment: 225 000 000 due 19-Jul
Collateral outstanding: 7 500 units Garde II, 3 600 units Light Neutron Blaster II.
