... please at least try to cover all the sections instead of spamming ( not in the bad way ) only one area mostly. I know some players for example might take a fit suggested by a GM in Ships and Modules as FOTM but leave that to us.

I myself would be interested in hearing about CCP's employees personal opinions regarding EvE Politics, fittings, the current state of the market and whatnot. Heck - we would need an influx of brains and common sense in a lot of areas in this forum and I think that a minimal presence there will change things for the better.

I agree with my bridge-dwelling op here, it's gone from no activity to "blue arrows everywhere" over the last couple of days.

Could there be some correlation between Iceland's summer being over and increased dev activity as they're all back from holidays and huddling inside?

I just want to see CCP and their insights regarding all aspects of EvE - not only the ones that generate the most awareness to your average forum browsing Joe.

I do like the fact that now I'm a bit afraid to get trolled by CCP. Nice change.

That's a very valid point, Mr. Umad Bro Questionmark. GD just had the most questions that needed answers, so most "traffic" went there, but we won't neglect other sections either.

The time for CCP to rep its rep with words is long over. Forum participation, while appreciated, can do nothing to build reputation. See Hilmar - say vs. do.

Yea well you (devs, gm's) don't have to try and answer every thread we (users, also known as trolls) make.

It is all about the important and meaningfull stuff. Yesterday you provided plenty of information about ship spinning and functionality related to that, info about old icons coming back and timetable about some forum improvements.

That was enough to bring people to better mood and let them feel that their questions had been taken into account and in this case also aswered.

Keep the "constructive data" going between involved parties and there is much less tears in the forums. When people know stuff, they also help other people and aid distributing the information forward. That takes some load off from you guys.

Anyways this was not a rant... just some thoughts again.

Two words: Information portal.

Statement on behalf of CCP from Arnar Hrafn Gylfason, Senior Producer for EVE Online. Good communication and trust between CCP and the EVE community has always been a fundamental priority for CCP and will continue to be so.

Yup, and they all tell themselves that they're not supporting CCP or use some false, fuzzy logic to justify that they're using 'old plex' so they're not paying CCP, etc.

pretty limp, pretty pathetic.

I never imagined I'd get a response. Good to see I keep getting pleasantly surprised with eve-related stuff in the past few days. And thank you Spitfire - I know what customer support means. Respect.

CCP Spitfire, we may have a bit of a feedback loop going: We post questions here because it seems like the best place to get answers. And you look for questions here because its where they all are.

One way to break the loop is to put CCP comment in threads in other sections, drawing people into them.

Bet that sounded a lot better in your head Big smile

Have you seen the Dev/GM spam (yes spam, no other word covers it) he is referring to? If there is a question it is very rarely answered (quite often avoided/side-stepped though) and most of the blue/red responses quickly begin to look like null local on the weekend .. my guesstimate is that 5-6% of the Dev/GM posts the past week has any content much less recognizable language.

Try again, please.
