Then why do you feel it's necessary to disqualify every positive post about what they're doing now with a: "meh, nobody cares?"

It may not mean anything to you or the merry band of hub-humpers you've fallen in with, but plenty of others are interested to see how things go for them in their life beyond hisec. Maybe it'll inspire others to follow suit, maybe not, but don't presume to speak for the entire forum when you're commenting on things you have no significance in.

Then perhaps starting a new thread would be wise for those interested rather than drag it out in this tear thread. Credibility on both sides is questionable on this matter. You can preach it how you like but it doesn't change what it is.

Your idea what VMG does is skewed. We've been over this about who's done what..including Devil's. Kinda the pot calling the kettle black. Why do you get so offended over an alliance you left years ago? Seems if there was such a loyalty, you wouldn't have moved on to greener pastures..

I'm sorry that you're confusing standing up for a group of friends with sucking up to someone I want something out of. I don't do that with my friends. Even if it was you Kaely, I still wouldn't do that. That's just me. The reason I keep "brown-nosing," as you like to call it, is because I'm proud of them for actually having the brains and balls to get out of hisec.

Yeah, to some folks it's a novelty, to some it's an incentive to do the same, to some it's a reminder that there's always a bigger fish. Take from it what you will. But, for all your analogies of kicking over sandcastles, greener pastures, and brown-nosing, you're missing the point that some of the best people I've ever flown with are back in the game, subbed, active, and having fun outside of the little bubble which you choose to stay comfortably inside. And I'd hardly consider the rest of EvE outside of 0.5 a "niche."

It could be easily argued that because you have something to say, you are invested into the narrative. And you are voicing an opinion on the narrative. Therefore. You care about it. Negatively or positively. Trying to argue that it doesn't mean something, when someone approaches into a narrative with no care about it's contents, is silly.
